* A deposit of £100 confirms your booking, with the balance due four weeks prior to your arrival.

* The Bunkbarn will be cleaned and ready for you on your arrival. Please ensure that you leave it as clean and tidy as you find it. Take care of the bunkroom – any breakages will need to be paid for. * Recycling – There are recycle bins in the kitchen. Outside there is a large bin for rubbish and a large recyling bin.

* Arrival time is from 5pm and departure is by 10.30am. These times are negotiable, depending on whether there is a group staying before or after you.

* Dogs are not allowed in the bunkroom (unless a guide dog)

* We accept Stag, Hen and 18th Parties but we do ask for a £100 deposit on arrival which is refundable upon inspection of the bunkroom for cleanliness & breakages on your day of departure.

* Last but not least PLEASE HAVE CONSIDERATION FOR THE LOCAL RESIDENTS, all groups must be quiet after midnight.
